I grew up in Cyprus, where traditions held women in prescribed roles: marry, nurture, and prioritize everyone else. Yet, the fire in me, stoked by my mother's encouragement, led me to defy expectations, immerse myself in continuous learning, and leap into the corporate ranks of banking.
Yet, the glass ceiling was evident. My early corporate life echoed the gendered expectations, pushing me to relentlessly overwork, say 'yes,' and neglect my well-being.
Motherhood added layers to the challenge. The societal script weighed on me: guilt for pursuing a career and the strains of balancing personal desires with parental obligations. It felt like a race without a finish line, affecting my health, peace, and relationships.
The 2013 financial crisis in Cyprus became a turning point. I chose passion over convention, diving deep into personal development and taking charge of my financial and emotional futures.
The quest led me to understand the intricacies of the human mind, shattering limiting beliefs and embracing self-love. W.O.W. Education was born from this transformation. Since 2013, I've been mentored by global leaders like Anthony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Darren Hardy, and Brooke Castillo. I've been certified by The Life Coach School and am honored to be a qualified trainer with AnAD, a Cypriot Government Body.
Today, I stand steadfast on a transformative mission. I deeply connect with women who fight with the tug-of-war between their ambitions and perceived sacrifices. It's often not the work itself but the patterns and mindset with which they approach their work that becomes the genuine hurdle.
